What is the best photoshop software to edit my pictures? What stores can I buy it from? I want the kind that almost every scene kid uses to edit their pictures and make them look nicer.

Photoshop is the best photo editing software out there but a lot of scene kids simply over expose their photos by using a much higher flash then is needed to give them that pale super bright skin tone but if u still want to get a photoshop feel free to PM me n ill explain anything you might not understand in greater detail
