Splash of Colour Tut
So this is my 1st real tut
so it might b a lil confusing as trying 2 explain my steps was a lot harder then i thought ahaha

what would really help me out is if you would tell me your smudge tool settings, I can't get my smudges to look as fluid as yours, like that melted effect.

hmm i thought it was in the tut but the only thing i did was
get a stock circle brush set the hardness to 100% & the strength to 100% as well
hope this helps
and the key thing 2 remember is flow
and dont worry this part took me a while 2 figure out xD
