Cybia - Patterns - SynthGen
A large collection of computer-generated seamless tiles for quick and easy use as texture fills in a wide variety of your projects. There are 10 sets of 100 images at 50 x 50 pixels each, providing a total of 1000 textures.
This pattern pack comes in *.pat format which should be compatible with ALL versions of Photoshop from version 6 upwards, including CS and Elements.
Also included are individual *.jpg versions of each texture for use with any other 2D or 3D application capable of importing jpeg images.

Fractured Sanity - Vers. 05 - Patterns
To use them, save the images to your PC (right-click > save as). Next open the pattern-image with your Adobe Photoshop, select the whole pattern with the Rectancular Marquee-tool and go to Edit.
Choose Set Pattern, now you should be able to use the pattern with the Paint Bucket-Tool.
Fractured Sanity - Vers. 05 - Textures
What are textures for? Well you can use them for almost any purpose. Commonly they are used as backgrounds or foregrounds for fanarts.
If you are working with photoshop, just copy them into a new layer above or below your actual image and use them in different layer-modes.

Kaliber10000 { The Pixel Patterns Collection }
As the name implies, this section of K10k is a resource for deliciously pixellated patterns.
We've used a ton of these over the years, so creating a section dedicated to the sharing of these tiling beauties seemed like a rather sensible thing to do.
Please be nice & give credit to the creators if you use them in your projects, and remember to adhere to the usage-guidelines for each individual pattern.

Ultimate Web 2.0 Layer Styles
Photoshop Layer Styles are the easiest way to speed up the design process. I found that my previous article - Ultimate Web 2.0 Gradients v3.0 was a lot helpful to many.
Coming to the Layer Styles, I found a lot of styles on the Web to download but none of them were of the today’s trend of Web 2.0. So here is a set of 131 Photoshop Layer Styles I created in .ASL ( Photoshop Layer Style ) format.
As explained in the below image, I feel this set of Layer Styles could be the fastest way to create Web Elements like Buttons, headers, Content Backgrounds and a lot other stuff…
